Pre-Covid, Projects where managed and maintained with over 100 tradesman employed to deliver projects in the residential and commercial sectors.

We built several Luxury homes, with values over £1.5M each, delivered high end apartment schemes for student living with 60 plus units and private landlords, expanded and built new commercial units, remodelled, renovated and extended over 50 residential properties and we where even principal contractor's for Leicester City Football Club for various projects, delivering high end commercial refurbishment in the King Power stadium, for the owners, players and managers of the club for multiple years.

Like most in the construction industry, we were subjected to a overhaul of the industry during COVID-19 and relectnalculy had to down size our operations, projects and employed team's. As we re-enter the sector, we do with a new business model. Our replenished aim is to maintain our company structure to provide the same level of "big business" management and service but strictly for Homeowners.
